Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded administrative professional who also has strong customer service and sales support experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative support to the office and sales team
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely and professional manner
* Answer incoming calls and follow established scripts when assisting clients
* Support sales processes, including order entry and client follow-up
* Open and distribute incoming mail and handle general office tasks
* Learn and utilize company software (Alert CRM and rental industry systems)
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
* Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales administration
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable handling frequent phone interactions with customers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a small office environment
* Quick learner with strong attention to detail
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
